None of us have been to the alps in the winter time before. So, since it is early days in Geneva, it was a must to go visit as soon as possible ;)
They are impressive.
We did not get to do any skiing yet (need to go shopping first..) but we had a nice stroll in the skiing village of Chamonix anyway; lunch (with chocolate crepe, naturally) and a look in the sales. Rekku found it all very tiring :D
It was the second sunny day in the row. The sun really makes a difference.. and a pink face! It is great to see the beautiful scenery and spend time outdoors. It is tiring though, I think it must be the different kind of air, and maybe the sharp sun?
